# Returns & Refunds At Giallo, every piece is created with exceptional attention to craftsmanship, materials, and detail. We encourage clients to review product descriptions, measurements, and specifications carefully before placing an order. ## Return Eligibility We accept returns for a refund within **9 calendar days** of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned: * In its original condition. * Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered. * Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear. * With all original tags, packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials intact. Items returned in a condition different from that in which they were received may be refused and returned to the sender. ## Exchanges Giallo does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different size, color, or product, you may return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately once your return has been approved. ## Return Shipping ### Brazil For approved returns within Brazil, return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed. ### International Orders For orders delivered outside Brazil: * The client is responsible for all return shipping costs. * We recommend using a fully tracked and insured shipping service. * Giallo is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import-related charges incurred during the return process remain the responsibility of the client. ## Refund Process Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For international orders, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded. Please allow a reasonable period for your financial institution or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued. ## Non-Returnable Items Returns will not be accepted for items that: * Have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. * Are returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories. * Are returned after the 9-day return period has expired. ## How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact our client services team within **9 calendar days of delivery** and include: * Your order number. * The item(s) you wish to return. * The reason for the return.
